Our favorite place, which is very closely located to the Villa in the next village Magganos. Picnic offers great food and is especially great for breakfast/brunch. Also the coffee is potentially one of the best you can find in the North. Nicoletta and Christina put a lot of love into the details. This is also the place where you will find a character on the menu and the shirts of the staff, which was created by our oldest daughter Leonie.

The best food you can get in the Fiscardo area. Greek kitchen with a modern twist. Maki the owner is the perfect host and offers great service to his customers. Alati is located at Alaties Beach, which on top is our most favorite location for sunsets. Alati means salt like the name of our Villa. The rocky landscape at Alaties has small natural pools where you could collect seasalt. The rocks are very different to any other part on the island and some people might call it a "trippy" experience.

Amazing cakes, tarts, Crépes and waffles directly located at the water front in Fiscardo. The Club Sandwich is also fantastic. On top the service of Petro and the team is unseen.

Myrtillo is located in Divarata closed to Myrtos beach. You would pass Myrtillo on the way to sami or Argostoli, since it is located directly at the crossroad in Divarata. Myrtillo has a great backyard, where you will be served amazing food. Most of the food is organic and they do have gluten-free food in their offer. There is also a little shop in which you can buy lots of honey varieties, which are mostly created by the Myrtillo team. You will also find a nice offer of othe organic food but also some jewellery. The Frappé is potentially the best you can find on the island.

Kefall-oinia is located in Magganos, which is the next village on the way to Fiskardo. Eleni and her team offer very good food for decent prices.

If you love meat this is the right place for you to go. Located right behind Foki beach closed to Fiskardo.

One of the few places which has open doors throughout the whole year. Located in Vasilikades Makis offers very good tradititonal food for decent prices. Very popular amongst the locals as well.

The best butcher in the north of the island also serving traditional greek food. If you are keen to eat a proper Pastizio or Moussaka then you can´t miss this place out. Very decent prices for great quality in avery traditional and simple setting. Located closed to Myrtos beach in Divarata.

Great offer for brunch and modern greek cuisine for the evening at the main square in Argostoli.

Avithos Preview is located at Avithos beach and has a great offer for fish lovers.

Great Pizza and even greater Cocktails. If you are in Argostoli and keen to grab some yummy Cocktails then Baroque is your go to place.

3 wise monkeys in Asos is an amazing place for food lovers. The menu is a crossover of traditional greek dishes infusing dishes from other countries like Tacos or Burgers.

One of the best tavernas on the island located at the beautiful beach Petani. Fantastic food for decent prices and the mesmerizing sunset is for free.
