A prerequisit in the area of Fiskardo is that you need to build a rooftop which needs to have a certain angle. You are not allowed to build a house in Bauhaus style with a flat rooftop.
The base of the rooftop is wood.
The style of the roof tiles is similar to the those being use in Italy in Tuscany. We liked these kind of roof tiles the most and they are a great fit for a traditional rooftop.The rooftop was finished end of June 2019.
